About membership registration
You can register on the new member registration page.
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the login page.
If you have forgotten your ID, we will notify you of your ID by email by verifying your registered email address and name.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by accessing the "password reset screen" from the URL provided in the password reset email and entering the 8-digit key issued when the email was sent.
About your order
Please select a product by searching by product category. Next, select your desired size and quantity and add it to your shopping cart.
Please follow the steps to proceed to the payment screen.
You can also place orders without registering as a member.
You can choose from two types of color ribbons for free. Please add the wrapping service to your cart from the product details page, cart page, etc. and proceed to the order process.
If you contact us after completing your order but before shipping, we will accept your request, but please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after shipping.
After placing your order, we will send a detailed order details to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please check if the email address you registered is correct on the MEMBER page.

If you do not wish to specify a delivery date, we will ship your order within 1 business day after receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you wish to specify a delivery date, we will ship your order from 2 days before your desired date.
Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for orders to be shipped during periods when there is a high volume of orders.
About payment
The screen where you enter your payment information uses an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption system. The information you enter is protected by an encryption security system.
Payment can be made by cash on delivery, credit card, or bank transfer. For cash on delivery, please pay in cash when you receive the product. You will be charged a separate cash on delivery fee.
Payment can be made using the delivery company's credit card when the product arrives.
For bank transfers, please transfer to our designated account within 5 days from the date of order. If it is more than 5 days, it will be treated as a cancellation. Please place your order again.
Regarding delivery
Ordered products will only be delivered within Japan.
We will deliver the product via Yu-Packet or Click Post. You can specify the delivery date from 2 days to 14 days from the date of your order, or specify the following times.
Morning (9:00-12:00) / 12:00-14:00 / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21: 00
Please note that in some areas, such as remote islands and Okinawa, we may not be able to accommodate your request even if you specify a delivery date and time.
If you will be absent at the time of delivery, please contact us using the contact information listed on the "Absence Notification Form."
For customers using cash on delivery, the storage period for your package is one week when you are not home.
The fee will be 500 yen nationwide. (For remote islands and Okinawa, additional charges will apply.)

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the product to us by cash on delivery. We will replace the item with the same item or issue a refund.
About returns and exchanges
The condition is that the product must be in unused condition and within 5 days of receiving the product.
We cannot accept returns for the following products.
- Products that have been used once (excluding cases where they are found to be defective after use)
- Products that have been delivered for more than 5 days
- Products that have scratches or stains due to the customer's responsibility
- If the condition of the product at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including the box and accessories)
- Returns and exchanges for sale items (If the product is defective or if you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges)

お客様が何らかの理由により商品のお受け取りができなかった場合は、運送会社が不在通知でご連絡いたします。不在通知より、お客様自身で再配達依頼をお願いします。
受取拒否や長期不在により商品のお受取りがなされなかった場合、往復分の送料、代金引換での発送の場合には代引き手数料分もご負担いただきますのでご了承ください。その際は銀行口座にお振込をお願いいたします。また、振込手数料はお客様負担となりますのでご了承くださいませ。
なお、往復分の送料等は実費をご請求させていただきます。送料無料の表記がある場合でも実際は当社にて送料を負担しておりますので、実費分をご請求いたします。
ご対応いただけない場合は、今後のご注文はお断りさせていただきます。
ご注文された商品は、期間内にお受取りいただきますようお願いいたします。
配送先住所に誤りがある場合は、住所不明のため、返送となります。
再発送ご希望の場合、再発送料金をお振込いただき、確認が取れ次第再発送の手配をさせていただきます。
キャンセルをご希望の場合、発送料金を引いた金額を返金とさせていただきます。
ご注文内容に不備があった際は、メールとお電話にてご連絡をいたします。
5営業日以内にご返信がない場合、ご注文は自動的にキャンセルとさせていただきますのでご了承くださいませ。
