Membership Registration

If you have forgotten your ID, we will send you your ID by e-mail by authenticating your registered e-mail address and name.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by accessing the "Password Reset Screen" from the URL provided in the password reset e-mail and entering the 8-digit key issued when the e-mail was sent.
Ordering Information
Please select a product from the product category search. Next, select your desired size and quantity, and add the items to your shopping cart.
Follow the instructions to proceed to the payment page.
You can also place an order without registering as a member.
You can choose a free ribbon. Please add the wrapping service to your cart from the product detail page, cart page, etc. and proceed to the order process.
If you contact us after your order is completed and before shipping, we will accept your order, but we do not accept any changes or cancellations after shipping.
After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please check your registered email address on the member page to make sure it is correct.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt.
Please note that orders placed during periods of high order volume may take up to 7 business days to ship.
About Payment
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption system is used on the screen where you enter your payment information. The information you enter is protected by the encryption security system.
Payment can be made by cash on delivery (COD), credit card, or bank transfer. For cash on delivery (COD), please pay in cash at the time of delivery. A separate COD fee will be charged.
Credit card payment can be made with the delivery company's credit card at the time of delivery.
For bank transfer, please transfer the amount to our designated account within 5 days of the order date. Please place your order again.
Shipping
Currently, orders are only delivered within Japan. We plan to release an international shipping service in the near future.
Accessories are mainly delivered by Japan Post Click Post. All other items will be delivered by Yu-packet.
For Yu-packet, there may be an extra charge for some areas such as remote islands and Okinawa.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please contact us at the contact information on the "Absenteeism Notice.
For COD customers, the storage period for unattended packages is one week.

Returns and Exchanges
The product must be in unused condition and within 5 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns of the following items.
- Items that have been used once (unless found to be defective after use)
- Items that have been used more than 5 days after delivery
- Items that are scratched or soiled due to the customer's fault
- Items that are returned in a condition significantly different from that of delivery (including box and accessories)
- Sale item returns or exchanges (we accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective or if you receive an item that is not
